MBA Program Director - US and International

Concordia University seeks applicants for the full-time, exempt position of MBA Program Director - US and International in the Batterman School of Business. This position directs and leads university US and international MBA programs. The Director oversees program academic activities and collaborates to ensure effective operation of all MBA programs. This position requires strong collaboration skills, daily interaction with faculty and students, campus administrators, accelerated learning centers and distance learning staff, and frequent communication with international MBA program representatives. This position reports to the Dean of the Batterman School of Business and is located in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Lead curriculum and course development across all MBA concentrations
Assure that MBA students meet university entrance and graduation requirements
Lead MBA program assessment and external accreditation processes
Collaborate with directors of university accelerated learning centers and international learning centers to schedule and deliver MBA courses
Recruit, hire, manage, mentor and evaluate MBA faculty and support staff in accordance with university and accreditation guidelines
Use data analytics tools to inform strategic program decisions
Ensure that MBA program marketing and promotion materials are current and accurate
Represent the MBA program in faculty and administrative meetings as well as on committees, advisory boards and public presentations
Oversee student internships and international program extensions
Ensure timely dissemination of intructional resources for MBA faculty
Maintain relationships with University and external program stakeholders
Lead the Business Scholars program
Develop international MBA programs and short-term study abroad opportunities
Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned by the dean
Teach MBA courses in areas of professional and academic expertise
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of business administrative practices
Excellent written and interpersonal professional communication skills

Ability to work as a member of a collaborative team
Ability to deal with interruptions and work in a fast pace environment
Effective use of project management software, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access, etc.
Knowledge and skill in the use social media sites
Knowledge and skill in the use of SCT Banner, Blackboard, and Pyramid Analytics
Commitment to the Christian faith and Concordia University mission
Available to work Monday through Friday until 6pm, with occasional evening hours beyond 6pm and periodic travel outside of the country
Education and Experience
A master's degree in business, administration, leadership or related field is required (esp. MBA); doctorate is preferred. Highly qualified applicants will also have prior experience in teaching, student advising or admissions at either the undergraduate or graduate level.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
