Our Inbound Customer Service Team:
Our Customer Service teams spend the majority of the day speaking with our customers, answering questions regarding their Consumer-Directed Benefits. The calls you'll receive aren't superficial- they are critically important to our customers. As an example, you may speak to a customer about how to get reimbursed for their diabetes medication, or a new parent calling to find out how they can get child care covered under their company's dependent care FSA plan. You may also speak to a customer trying to make ends meet asking you the best way to utilize their FSA dollars. Our CSRs exhibit professionalism and empathy at all times.

We begin by hiring all of our Customer Service Representatives as Seasonal Agents (6-8 month commitment). The top performing Seasonal Agents will be considered for regular employment with benefits.
Job Details:
_Hourly Pay and Bonus_
Seasonal Inbound Customer Service agents (6-8 mo. assignment length) start at $14 per hour .
Top performers will be considered for full time regular employment based on business needs. Full time regular employment starts at $12 per hour with the addition of full benefits and the opportunity for additional advancement/promotion.
Seasonal agents are not offered benefits; but good performance and attendance may qualify you to take a small amount of unpaid time off each month to manage personal matters.
Everyone has the potential to earn an additional bonus of $250 per month, based on achievement of performance goals.
_Shift Options:_
Once you start at WageWorks, you'll be required to attend training full time, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm for three weeks. Due to the nature of our training program, attendance every day in training is required. No exceptions.
Once training is complete, you'll work shifts that are full time, 40+ hours per week. Shifts vary from week to week and are assigned based on business needs between the hours of 5am-6pm.
Standard shifts will end at 5PM until time change in November, when the center will open at 6AM and close at 6PM.
Job Requirements:
A total of at least one year of successful customer service experience over the phone or face-to-face. Call center experience is a highly preferred, but not required.
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent attendance record
Ability to attend every single day of training for the entire 3 weeks, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Attendance is critical, if there are any tardies or absences during the 3 week training, we will evaluate the need to end your assignment.
The ability to sincerely express empathy and acknowledge customer concerns over the phone.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
