Line Cook Responsibilities include:
Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products Stock and maintain designated food station(s) Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed Requirements:
1 year in professional kitchen (fine dining preferred) Position:
Prep Cook Responsibilities include:
Experience on cold station Fast and efficient prep skills Experience with station inventory and daily prep Culinary school is a plus, but not required Position is open to Culinary students Saturday and Sunday Availability REQUIRED Position:
Dishwasher / Utility Prep Responsibilities include:
Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils Scrub pots and pans Stock and maintain supplies and equipment Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to:
mopping and removing trash Prepare and place clean service ware for events and functions Assist in the prepping of food when required Saturday and Sunday Availability REQUIRED Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks and sits; regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands, talks and hears; occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, pushes, and pulls; regularly lifts up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds.
