All employees will be fully accountable and respectful to one another Our third responsibility is to the local and regional communities where we live and work Position Overview Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Associate position offers an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career professional to join the Pegasus team.
The Operations Associate supports the day-to-day investment operations of Pegasus and all our family partner portfolios.
The initial responsibilities for this role are intended to build foundational knowledge of wealth management systems and processes across the Envestnet Tamarac platform.
Over time, we expect responsibilities to expand significantly as the firm continues to grow.
Near-term responsibilities include:
Private Investments:
Responsible for the day-to-day processing and reporting for private investments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency when inputting capital statements, capital calls and distributions across numerous private investment sponsors.
Quarter-end:
Work with urgency to prepare for and execute quarter-end checklists and audits to accurately produce family performance reports.
Performance:
Build knowledge toward mastering investment performance (TWR, IRR, etc.
), and over time become a go-to internal resource on all performance-related questions across asset classes.
Billing:
Contribute significantly to the preparation and processing of family fee billing.
Cost Basis & Data Feeds:
Oversee all data feeds and cost basis information within family portfolios.
CRM Management:
Responsible for maintaining and improving CRM data and workflows to enhance efficiency and family communications.
Long-term responsibilities include:

Desired Candidate Qualifications & Strengths:
Bachelor's degree - Business, Finance, or Accounting major preferred.
