As the General Manager of our fast-casual restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will be expected to lead by example, create a positive work environment, and work collaboratively with other members of the management team to achieve our business goals.

Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they are providing exceptional customer service and following all company policies and procedures Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and quality control Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and in compliance with all local health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Work with the management team to create and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase brand awareness Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff are informed about company policies, procedures, and upcoming events Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-casual restaurant industry Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred, but not required If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about the fast-casual restaurant industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead our team as the General Manager.
